Terms of Service

1. Your Relationship with Tradie Con Pty Ltd T/A Painter Coach
1.1 Your use of Painter Coach's membership, coaching programs, software, services, and website
(collectively “Services”) is subject to a legal agreement between you and Painter Coach.
“Painter Coach” means Tradie Con Pty Ltd, ABN 92 674 423 637, located at 5 Glengregory Street, Fairfield QLD 4103, Australia.
These Terms outline the basis of that agreement.
1.2 These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are legally binding and apply to all users of the
Services. By using the Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Accepting the Terms
You accept these Terms by:
Clicking to agree when prompted;
or Using any of Painter Coach’s Services, which constitutes acceptance from that point onward.
3. Eligibility
You may not use our Services if:
You are under legal age to form a binding contract;
or You are prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
4. Services Provided by Painter Coach
Painter Coach reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
5. User Obligations
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.
You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for any activity under your account.
6. Billing and Payments
All pricing is listed in AUD and is subject to change with notice. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for unused time unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments must be up to date. Late payments may incur interest and collection fees.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and materials provided by Painter Coach remain the property of Painter Coach unless otherwise licensed. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law or consent is given.
10. Disclaimers
Painter Coach makes no guarantees about specific results from using our Services. Services are provided “as-is” and we disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Painter Coach will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Services for any breach of these Terms or at our discretion with written notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brisbane, QLD.
