It could be the way they’ve been onboarded, the responsibilities they’ve been given and the boundaries you’ve created around your time.

The goal isn’t to disappear and leave your team to figure everything out.
It’s to create the right space to train and coach them until they can start solving problems for themselves.
Because there’s a big difference between micromanaging your team and coaching them.
